She grew up in Batangas and worked nights on a BPO account in Manila while finishing a degree in accountancy. She led a team of her own before she had ever been allowed to disagree in a meeting, and today she manages a team spread across three countries.
Her rule for every piece is to hand the reader the exact sentence, never the advice to just be confident.
