Tests and schoolIELTS and OET for nurses and caregivers, the civil service exam, and what an examiner actually rewards.
Rowena writes about English tests and school: IELTS and OET for nurses and caregivers, the civil service exam, board exam reading, and what a rubric can and cannot see.
She taught high school English in Laguna, then spent eleven years at a review centre in Manila preparing nurses and caregivers for the English tests that stand between them and a licence abroad. She now teaches small classes online.
She will explain exactly how a test is scored, and she will not help anyone game one.
